We are now a center for internal laser liposuction. The internal laser liposuction is very good for small areas, and for larger areas, they can be used in combination with the standard liposuction technique that I have been using, which is the use of an external laser as well. What we are finding and hoping with the new internal laser, that we will get more skin tightening and I am also doing a study now on cellule to see if this internal laser can help tighten the skin to reduce the recurrence of cellule after liposuction.
