Dr. Boss developed the Cosmetic Skin Center for his patients to be treated pre and postoperatively. Dr. Boss believes very strongly in taking care of the patient’s skin to maximize the surgical results. We encourage everybody to come in for a consultation to see what the skin care regimen would be best for you, we analyze your skin, you may be given samples to try at home to see if they work for you. Some of the treatments that we offer preoperatively are micropeels to just keep the skin exfoliated and getting its best health possible before they have surgery. Some of the peels that we offer here are lunchtime peels with that you can go back to work, you know put your makeup on after you have had it done, it is a light glycolic peel that exfoliates the skin, leaves the skin really smooth and healthy looking and glowing and then we also offer more aggressive peels that you would need a little downtime. One of the procedures that we offer is a photofacial and that can really help to improve dull complexions and help get rid of broken capillaries and it really helps to improve the tone and texture of the skin. We offer microdermabrasion, which uses aluminum oxide crystals to gently exfoliate the top layer of the skin. Even people who are not patients of Dr. Boss’ are welcome to come into the Cosmetic Skin Care Center and have a very relaxing facial.
