In order to try to reduce the postoperative recovery time and enhance the recuperation, we recommend our patients take certain medications that reduce swelling and bruising. We put certain compression on the patient afterwards to help reduce that swelling and help the contouring. We also have my esthetician available to help to camouflage makeup and so we try to enhance the postoperative recuperation and reduce the time out of work and the downtime for the patient.
