There are some post-operative treatments that we also offer here in the office and it depends on what type of surgical procedure was performed. For example, for the facial hairs, we offer some makeup hints and some specialized makeup for post surgery. We also do certain massage therapy, lymphatic drainage and hair washing to make the patient as comfortable as possible, and afterwards and help speed their recuperation and their confidence after the surgery. For liposuction procedures or abdominoplasty procedures, we often time find that endermologie and ultrasound therapies are very good in enhancing the results, speeding the recuperation, and reducing the recovery time. We also do ultrasound, endermologie, and massage therapy following abdominoplasty and liposuction if necessary.
