My name is Tracy. I am the Licensed Practical Nurse and cosmetic patient coordinator for Dr. Boss. I have been with him for approximately four years now. My role here is first and foremost, the nurse and patient care, but I also respond to patient emails and potential patients who will call in looking for, you know what we do here and answering their questions about the different types of surgeries we perform. I do pre and post-operative patient teaching. One of the things that we do offer here is digital imaging where we could photograph the patent and do a little bit of air brushing or morphing of their picture to give them an idea of what they may look like after surgery or different options for them to choose from. My favorite part of coming to work has to be following through with patients from the first phone call to, you know, three months postoperatively. I really like the followthrough and the continuity of care that we have with them, starting with their consult with their pre-op teaching, their postoperative care, scheduling their surgery, and you know taking their photographs, possibly imaging them to give them an idea of what they could expect when they make their choice. Anybody considering Dr. Boss, I would say, you know, he is a great doctor to work for. He has got a lot of experience, but with cosmetic patients they have to do their research and they have to come in as an educated consumer because they are buying, you know, a product and that is a big choice for them to make, and he will be very honest with you and he will tell you what your options are and the patient seem to really appreciate that.
